Terms and Conditions of Booking and use of 320 Create

  • Accommodation is strictly for craft groups, approval of stay will be at 320Creates discretion.

  • Monies must be paid according to booking policy. I reserve the right to cancel the booking if all conditions are not adhered to.

  • 320 Create must be left in the manner that it was found at the beginning of stay.

  • 320 Create is located in a sensitive environment, with native wildlife, all attempts must be paid to preserve this environment, ie by not feeding the animals, and being respectful of the habitat.

  • Fire season: November to February.

  • Respect must be given to the fire restrictions that will be in place during this time. This includes no naked flame during total fire ban days.
