From the moment you arrive at 320 Create, something shifts.
The pace slows.
The chatter starts.
Projects come out of bags.
Someone puts the kettle on.
This is what we built this place for — a purpose-designed retreat where a group of people who love making things can simply be together, without distraction, without compromise, and without anyone having to go home at the end of the day.
Set on 5 acres just two minutes from the heart of Daylesford, 320Create has been thoughtfully designed from the ground up for craft groups. Every room, every detail, every chair has been chosen with makers in mind.

The heart of it all — your dedicated craft room
Our 8m × 8m craft room is the centrepiece of 320 Create, and it doesn't disappoint.
Four generous project tables comfortably seat 12, with a mix of adjustable airlift chairs and high-back chairs so everyone can find their sweet spot for a long day of creating.
Power points are built into the floor throughout the room — no extension cords, no tripping hazards, just clean, practical space designed to work the way you do.
Natural light floods the room throughout the day, and design walls give you space to stand back and see your work properly.
A separate cutting table means the project tables stay clear, and the walk-in storage cupboard keeps everything you need within arm's reach: irons, ironing boards, a lightbox, cutting mats, a dustbuster, and a first aid kit.
When the doors slide open onto the deck, the space feels even bigger — fresh air, birdsong, and a view of the property stretching out in front of you.

The Bathrooms
Three modern bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower and its own toilet, mean the group can get moving in the morning without the scramble.
There's also an additional powder room with toilet located near the sewing room — a thoughtful touch when you don't want to lose your spot at the table.
Plush bath sheets and hand towels are provided, along with hair dryers in each bathroom. The details matter.
The Kitchen & Dining
Gather, cook, eat together.
320 Create is fully self-catered, and the kitchen is up to the task. Modern and well-appointed with gas cooking and a large fridge, it has everything your group needs to cook comfortably for the weekend.
We stock the basics to get you started — tea, coffee, sugar, Vegemite, honey and jam, olive oil, and herbs — so you can hit the ground running on arrival.
The large dining table seats 10, making every meal a group affair. And when the weather plays along, the deck and outdoor BBQ area become the natural gathering spot — shaded by beautiful trees, lit with mood lighting, and set up for easy summer evenings that drift on longer than planned.
A second lounge area off the kitchen has comfy chairs, a large TV, and a breakfast table — perfect for winding down, catching up on something, or just sitting quietly with a cup of tea while everyone else finishes their projects.

The Outdoors
Breathe it in. The property is part of the experience.
The two large sliding doors in the craft room open straight onto an enormous deck with views across the 5-acre property.
It's a beautiful spot to break for lunch, do some hand sewing in the open air, or just sit with a glass of wine at the end of the day and take in the Daylesford quiet.
The shaded outdoor area at the rear of the house has large wooden bench seating and a gas BBQ — practical, generous, and genuinely lovely on a warm evening.
